Guardian Financial Group ripoff I sent in 300 hundred dollars to open a credit card account But never receieved a credit card Champlain New York

I sent in 300 hundred dollars to get a credit card put never recieved the credit card. I kept calling a branch office and they said the package had been shipped out. My confirmation number was 1258289. They would say wait a couple more weeks and then another couple weeks. This kept up for a long time.

So I finally asked for the Main Office address and they said it was in New York. I wrote a letter to their customer service department but never received a reply.
