Guitar Made Easy Would not refund the purchase of "Guitar Made Easy" after charging us for 2, when we only orginally ordered only 1 set. Wallingford Connecticut

Consumer beware! I only wanted to order one Guitar Made Easy set, however I found out from the confirmation email that 2 sets were charged. I immediately called the customer service number, whom said that there was nothing that they could do since the items were already ship. This was their first lie, because two days later a customer service member "was calling to confirm your address for shipping purposes." I tried to explain that I only wanted one set. She said that she understood my issue, however there was nothing that she could do on her end and that I should just return the extra set once it arrived. I explained I was nervous about their return policy, since it was for only 30 days and that I would be sending it off to my brother as a gift. I asked if it wasn't what he was looking for could I still return them? She explained that they have "No questions asked policy and that for any reason you may still return it." Unfortunately, my brother didn't want the set and took his time returning them to me, becasue we don't see each other very often. I am now stuck with two sets and am extremely unhappy with this whole company. When I called today, I explained that I would be filing a complaint online and the customer service reprensative didn't seem to care. She just kept repeating herself saying "there is nothing I can do." I will be placing these unopened sets on ebay if anyone is interested.
