 Well I want to start off by saying stay clear of their tractors. Do not make the mistake of buying one like I did. You'll be sorry you did! Bought a brand-new 2016 freightliner Coronado glider in December and the truck has been in the shop more than it's been on the road. How the labor of a brand new tractor in the shop comes out of my pocket is something I still can't get a straight answer about. They say warranty doesn't cover everything but when I was there with the cash they sang a different tune. Told me "everything" is covered for 3 years 300,000 miles. Boy o boy how that has changed. Don't even try and call Freightliner corporate. They don't answer calls and require you to leave a message and never return your call. Found a broken tooth in an oil change and Tampa Freightliner charged me $440 for labor saying they didn't find anything wrong with the motor.... I guess it's normal to find a tooth of a gear in your oil change.... Brought it back to where I bought it, they did find the broken gear but it took them a week to change a bull gear. Cost me over $700 in hotel fees. There were numerous other issues with the tractor that did not get repaired while it was in the shop for eight days in Iowa. Spoke to the service manager Jed and he said I apologize....we can give you a free oil change. That was his answer to me. A week after leaving the shop, the drawer which was on the repair ticket as a problem is locked shut and all the bearings on the floor. Called and spoke to Jed the svc Mgr about why this didn't get replaced why it was there for 8 days. He said hmmmm I don't know. I'll call you back on that. Well it's been 2 days and no returned call....Well I'm sorry Jed that doesn't cut the mustard with me sir! Terrible business to deal with!!! I Recommend staying away from this place and would recommend Staying clear of Freightliner period! Go to Fitzgerald in Tennessee if its a glider you're wanting but get a real truck.... Get a "Peterbilt" That's what I'm doing now. I've learned a valuable lesson. Unfortunately it's cost me about $40,000.
