John is 100% correct. How is it that they can have their houses in Florida (which one was bought this Feb 2004), Brooklyn, and an apt in Edison and cry they have no money to pay back what they owe to us!

They want to give us less of what their lawyer would probably cost them. If they go to small claims court, they WILL bring an attorney because they will not know how to defend themselves.

If we all bring them to court/small claims court individually, they are going to be paying some hefty fees (attorney fees and paying the settlement). If we bring them to State Court, they are not going to be paying a lot in fees, they are risking their precious SCAM and possibly some time behind the IRON curtain.

They say one thing and they definetly do another. They can NEVER be trusted because their word is worth NOTHING!!!

All of this could have been prevented if they STOPPED LYING to people, and paid us back in full for Services NOT rendered. They even lie when they try to settle.

I know now that HPG, Scanio, Poz all read this great website now to see what is going on.
