Harvard Professional Group - Joseph Edmond Scanio, And Mikhail Poskanzer aka Michael Poz ripoff holding Our Money HOSTAGE! Enough is Enough Edison New Jersey

First I must say THANK YOU for all of your help Ripoffreport.com. You have been recommended to many others!

If you have been a victim, please follow all of the steps located under the entry 10-19-04 and 10-23-04. Be sure to scroll down through the listing for the procedures you should follow.

It has come to my attention that Scanio has been wanting to settle short to what is rightfully owed back to us "the Victims"! He promises and says he is a man of his word. Mr Scanio, you most definetly are not. Your word is worth nothing from all of the lies!

Unfortunately, we were mislead by your companies actions, and we deserve our money back. You say Poz works for a different company and you are not happy for his misleading tactics. Well then, why allow it for so many years since your company and Poz's name appears all over the numerous complaints filed with the BBB and Consumer Affairs.

I can tell you why, even if Poz works for a so-called company or not, YOU MR. JOSEPH SCANIO AGREE with the practices of misleading individuals and taking their hard earned money.

If so many people complain about the same issues with your employees and your company, can they all be wrong? The answer is NO! It seems like 100% of the people you scammed, have never received anything you or your employees have promised to offer them.

They either settled for less than what they paid, embarressed they were duped and did nothing, or just not aggressive enough to ask for their money back in hopes one day when hell freezes over, HPG comes through in finding them what they were promised.

You know exclusive people who are the decision makers in which will guarantee a position. YAH RIGHT! What a scripted statement Poz uses.

In addition to that, you say you don't have the money to pay my wife back, though you are offering settlements to others that even exceeds mine and the rest. Why not STOP with the games and please stop holding our money hostage to meet your so called demands!

Assuming that all of the settlements were accepted at the same time, you were to calculate all of the refunds, and they were paid at the same time; they would accrue to a good amount of money owed back. But you insist that your company only has 2K in savings. YAH RIGHT!!! Your lying again. If you believe in your company so much, then you would have solved this quickly and refunded all of our money! Though your actions say different.

There should be no demands on your end since you and your employees are the ones who have started this whole mess. LIES, LIES, and more LIES.

STOP holding our money HOSTAGE.
