On Friday, April 10, 2009, I was broswing and found this on-line store called HDAccessory, they sell accessory for iphones, ipods,cellphones, etc. This site showed no sign of anything fishy...so I went ahead and bought
1 Ultra Clear Full LCD Screen Protector for Apple iPhone 3G @ $9.95
1 Anti-Slip Silicone Skin with Armband and Screen Protector for 4th Generation iPod Nano 4G (Black) @ $5.95
The shipping was $5.70
The grand total was $21.60
I put my debit card information and everything went through well, 15 minutes later I decided to check your bank online to see if they took out the money from my account; Looking at my account I found out that HD Accessory charged me TWICE...I got angry and called them right away, but no one answer the phone, not even a voicemail nothing...I knew from that minute this was a bad company and I just became one of there pray.
Saturday and Sunday when by. On Monday I called again no one answerd
...I send a email no reply...I called my bank and tolded then to put a stop payment on the purschase, they tolded me they can't do a stop payment until the purschase go through and is not pending in my account, the bank tolded me to call back when they payment goes through and then they can get the money back for me and I'll just cancal the order and have nothing to do with that company.
It is now Tuesday...I got an email from HDAccessory, saying they had shipped my order today, I looked in my bank and saw $ 21.60 [the right amount] deducted from my account...everything worked out money wise, but I don't know when my purchase will arrive because they did not give me a date and I do not know what condition the stuff are going to be in....As of now I am just waiting to see when it will show up____WARNING: please do not buy anything from this store; it is just a scam waiting to happen...on there website everything look trustful but please do not let looks get you carried away...One thing I learned from this experince is whenever you are going to buy from a online store, do a web [google] scarch on the company and find out more about them.
