I purchased a projector from this company almost 2 years ago now. I bought an extended warranty just in case for my projector. I initially had issues recieving the projector, i bought it and never recieved a tracking number, waited about a week then called the company; only to be informed that it got lost/stolen in transit from Canada. With that being said they did send me a new one with an actual tracking number in my email. It took the projector like 10 days to get to my house. 

Originally, i bought this projector on black friday to try and get a deal but then realized when i looked on their website that the price i got it for was exactly the price it always is. They use a last minute form of advertisement, suggesting that "ONLY" today these prices will be good and shipping will be free. On the contrary it is every day that they have that "deal". Anyways, to futher get into it the remote when i got it didnt even work and with much hard work and no instruction i had to replace my original bulb. 

Now lets get to the part that has really sent me over the edge to put this up here. I returned my projector the beggining of may this year because i needed it sent in for repairs mainly with the reflective bulb and screen. I sent it in and heard nothing from the company; so like any impatient individual i decided to call. The first time i called they said they had not recieved it and to check back in 2 days, i called back and they said that they had recieved it and would get it started. Eight days later i recieve a call from them stating that my extended warranty was not good and that they werent able to replace it. I questioned this many times and after being put on hold 5-6 times they came back and said sorry for the mixup but my warranty was good and they will get it sent out.

Ok now lets take a second to figure out how many days it took just to get called by them about the warranty. It took 10 days for shipping, 2 days to get a call back, and now they "should" be sending my projector back to me.

So, i waited. And waited, and waited; nothing. So, i call the company back and the somewhat unattentive and bored staff answered the phone and said that they will look into it. He puts me on hold for a while, then comes back saying the same thing they did when i originally got the projector that it got "lost" again. To make a long story short i was supposed to get an email with a tracking number and didnt. This happened 3 more times. I called today and got pretty stern with them as to what i expect and what they have been providing. Finally, someone named John said that he would call fed ex and get it taken care of if not then he would priority mail it to me. So, this is the BS that i have delt with purchasing something from this company.

Just to give you the timetable currently on my return, I sent it in beggining of May; it is not June 21st and i just had that conversation this morning. So coming close to the 2 month mark for a return that cost me 45 dollars just to ship back to them in canada...

I would not work with this company again until they make some changes in how they do/run a business.
