I was signed by Heartcheck America Los Angeles by a sales person named Brad Weida into a 5 year program with Chase Health Advance for the sum of $2,145, plus an additional membership of $199.00. After two years, they disappeared with no phone, no fax, no email address and no address. Their offices were closed. I am still making my monthly payments to Chase Health Advance for absolutely nothing in return. I would like to be reimbursed and would take legal action against them.

So you're saying they held a gun to your head and made you sign on the dotted line? Also, you're still making unowed payments to a company that, basically, doesn't exist. Wow!
