Where to begin with this company?

 To start I ordered the Pop Set of 150grams, with a production time of 5 weeks. I chose this set because I knew it took awhile to receive your item *as stated on their website each set has a estimation production time so I chose the quickest* more like a try before you commit to a big purchase.

I made this order on August 6, 2013.. It is now October 19, 2013 and I still have not received the item or a response from the company on the whereabouts of my item.

I first contacted them early September trying to alert them that their “forgot password” form on their website log-in was broken and I was needing to know where my item was seeing as the event I solely purchased them for was nearing, I received no response.

After a couple of weeks I sent the same email again making it clear I had already sent it once, I received no response.

 “Hello,

Firstly I had sent this exact same email weeks ago to your customer service email available on your website with no reply of any sort.

I had made my order August 06th, order number #*****.

A week or so after the order I had made an attempt to check the status. I tried logging into your site, however it kept saying I had the wrong password or email, so I selected the reset password option. I went through all the steps to have the password reset sent to my email on file, and since then I have been waiting for an email to reset my password so I can find out where the extensions are in this process.

Now it has been 7 weeks since the order was made. I read your policies and understand it takes additional shipping time, to the process of making the extensions.

My concern now is where are the extensions in the process now? Are they in preparation to ship, still in production?

If I do not receive some sort of response within the next few days I will be forced to file a dispute with the credit card company and have my funds revoked.

 So a week to date after, I sent that exact same email to their Facebook account, that’s when I made contact. The girl replied through the email I originally sent, so they received it the first time, it wasn’t bounced or lost.

 The response:

Hi ****!  You stunning set is coming along beautifully and should be shipped out to you this coming week.  The email address that you used for your order was ******.  All information on our website would use that email address and the tracking information email will go to that address when we ship.

 As you can see the girl never really addressed my concern about the broken website form so I could check for myself on the status of my item. Also she never gave me an expected date.

I thank you for finally getting back to me.

I know my account with your website uses the **** e-mail. However that is not my problem, what is wrong is I never received a e-mail from the "forgot password" form I completed to reset my password. It seems to be a technical issue with your website.

As for the actual purchase, is there any date I can expect them to be shipped out on? My reason being that it is now coming onto the 8th week and I have still not received the purchase when your website clearly states it takes 5 weeks to produce, then additional time for shipping. At this current time my purchase has taken 8 weeks to make, this is not including the shipping time.

I find this to be extremely inconvenient. If there was a shortage or too high volume of orders it would have been nice to receive a notification from your company stating that it wouldn't take 5 weeks like the website states. Because of this delay and lack of communication to your clients, I will not have these for the event I solely purchased them for.

 I also have not received any response from the company through Facebook or their customer service email.

Now coming onto 11 weeks later and I’ve gone expecting my item, when it was suppose to be shipped out weeks ago. It has still not shown or attempted to be delivered.

I have been forced to contact my credit card company and have my funds revoked, on a temporary basis, while they attempt to contact the company to resolve this issue.

 

This company’s flaw is not factually informing their customers.. of anything.
