Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions Roxy, Kelli, Justine Company has either filed chapter 7 Bankruptcy or closed per BBB Peabody Massachusetts

This company has been operating under an address that is no longer valid. I have noticed that they have no phone number to contact them at when customers need to. They go under a PO Box address but trying to reach these people is near impossible! 

I have ordered extensions from this company and have not received what I ordered. Everything that looks to be the right colors on their website is something totally different upon arrival. They don't let you know that they have changed colors on their website. They show no care to their customers and they won't allow you to send your wefts back for a full refund. They state they will only allow an exchange and that you only have a total of 7 business days of receipt but they won't return a response back to the customers when they reach out. 

I will never order from this company and I will make sure that everyone else who considers this company will also not order from them. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was from this company and the employees. 

Here is what the BBB wrote back to me upon a complaint being submitted: 

This notification is in regards to your complaint submited on 12/4/13 6:56pm against Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions Complaint # 9828603.

BBB has closed complaint # 98288603 as unpursuable. 

Unfortunately, BBB was not able to process complaint # 9828603 because BBB does not have a valid mailing address, the business is out of business or the business has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. 

This complaint will be publicly reported on the businesses BBB Business Review. 

Hopefully this will help everyone to see that this company is very shady and should not order anything from them if you don't want to end up with a lot of money gone and no product to be able to use.
