Herbal Groups cancellation is a lie! false cancellation rights! Van Nuys, California

I was called by phone to tried out Garcinia Cambogia.  I made sure to ask if I was could cancel out if I was not happy with the product.  The sale person told me that I have 14 days to call after I receive the product to cancel, after that they would charge me by credit card.  This sound fair to me.   These Guys don't place fair.  I call within the time limit with the the phone number they provided me with.  An answer machine picked up stating that office hours are from 9 to 4, three days straight I call, on one picked up!

Call my bank to complain about this transactions.  I gave them the company name and they reported that that they tried to take the money out on 8/20/14.  This date was not within the 14 days that I was allow for trail.  What happened was my credit card was renew in that time and they was unable to get the funds.

Please be careful when ordering from online people or do your research on return policies.  check number before you order something! Taken once taken twice know better the next time.
