How ridiculous your post is. You are in UK. We are in USA. You mailed it 5 weeks ago? We tell you that international delivery is 2-6 weeks ONCE SHIPPED due to possible delays in CUSTOMS and the MAIL in your country. If we received an order from you, it would leave within 24 hrs via airmail. If you are in usa or canada it would ship via UPS and they would email you tracking. If you have a problem, just contact us rather than post on this complaint only website. If you listen to this website, every major company in the world is a rip off, when the reality is we have less than 1 in 5000 complaint ratio. 1 in 5000. Email us or call if you need assistance.

Do you have any kind of response? Are you gathering the the documentation that proves ANY of your claims?

Come on Bob, inquiring minds want to know!

Now i'm being told they have no receipt to say they received my money and order, even though i have asked them to check for the past 8 weeks.

I had the same problem with this company that HUNDREDS of people have reported on this site. Think for a second about the number of people who are not aware of this site and found nowhere to voice their complaints.

Just because Bob says "...when the reality is we have less than 1 in 5000 complaint ratio. 1 in 5000" does not make it a fact. How is that information tracked? Can Bob provide some sort of PROOF?

You can repeat again and again that your customer service is great but that does not make it fact. First off define great - I found your customer service to be completly non-existant until I filed a complaint on this site. Only then did you respond to the emails I sent - I never spoke with ANYONE because the numbers you provided were always busy and the voice mailboxes were full. But, perhaps this is great customer service compared to what you would recieve in a Mexican prison.

But since you feel you can present your opinions as fact, I will do the same.

The fact is you will not recieve anything from this company unless you find a site like this a post a complaint. Their intent is to steal your money. Most consumers are not aware that there are web sites like this and will never recomp their stolen funds.

In addition, their product are WORTHLESS! I tried one of their tea blends and it tasted worse than regurgitating in your mouth. However I must admit it did have a calming effect. I spent the entire day in the bathroom with the runs so I was not distracted by the other events in my life. I had the whole day to sit and read - thanks for that one Herbal Smoke Shop.

One of the things people should consider buying this junk is WHERE DOES IT COME FROM? For all we know it's the fungus that grows between Bobs toes. Akin to my other statements, Bob may say it's natural but that is not proof! Perhaps it would be a good idea to have the FDA look into his claims. Then we could reley on impartial FACTUAL information rather than Bob's "facts".

If i can send money to the usa on the 9th May 2007 and they receive it on the 15th May 2007, i used royal mail service signed for internation, which is airmail but you just have to sign for it when it gets to address, why does it take so long for my item to get here? I have emailed again and been told that a second parcel has been sent out, but still haven't received that either.

Ok people, i am a real person. I am beginning to think either the people on here are just completely going about placing their order the wrong way...OR they are from this other competitor's site which have on their site some "testimonials" bashing the herbal smoke shop. SPECIFICALLY stating that they never send their stuff out but charge you right away..

All I want to say is, I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A BUSY SIGNAL.. SOMEONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVERY TIME I CALL..AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE...I EVEN SPOKE WITH A REP THERE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES REGARDING THIS STUPID WEBSITE AND THE RETARDED REPORTS POSTED ON HERE..

OH ALSO, i filed a complaint on the websites support section..and guess what? they responded back within 24 hours...actually it was more like 4 or 5 tops (they responded the same day)....I was all upset because i didnt think they responded..guess wehre I found it..??? MY FRIGGIN SPAM FOLDER JUST LIKE THEY REPEAT THEMSELVES SAYIN OVER AND OVER AGAIN ON THIS SITE..CHECK YOUR d**n SPAM FOLDER AND CHECK IT TWICE BECAUSE I OVERLOOKED IT THE FIRST TIME AND THEN WROTE THEM A NASTY EMAIL - ONLY TO FEEL STUPID WHEN I FOUND THEIR RESPONSE...

oh and also my package arrived first thing this morning - DAY 3, and that was because we used the post office.

SO SAY WHAT YOU WANT BUT IM A BELIEVER OF HERBAL SMOKE SHOP NOW.

as for the product, i'll get back to you, i haven't tried it, i have to go pick it up from the postoffice.
