Hercules Moving Systems STOLE ITEMS FROM BOXES, TOOK 2 WEEKS LONGER TO ARRIVE Los Angeles California

When they came to pick up our boxes, they jokingly said "if we like you, we'll charge you less." (apparently we weren't liked.) Also, they had a beer on the job while loading things up. They charged us for boxes when we siad do not wrap in a box as well.

Not only did it take 2 weeks longer to recieve our boxes, they wouldn't re-weigh our boxes and charged us 500$ more. When they finally showed up, one of our boxes was missing and never seen again and its been 8 months later. We did receive a box from a family in Michigan that wasn't ours. We gave them back the box although I'm sure they never sent it back to Michigan to give to the rightful owners.

We start to unload our items and notice a box had been cut. Items were missing including electronic expensive ones and my social security number along with other papers. We've been dealing with getting a refund from them and 8 months later, they still are giving us numbers to call.

Obviously, we won't be seeing our missing items.

DO NOT DEAL WITH HERCULES MOVING COMPANY un;less you want charged more money than the contract you signed and your things stolen.
