HIKO Energy Lower Rate Scam Monsey New York

We were tele-marketed by HIKO for lower rates on electricity  in Pennsylvania.  We agreed to switch and requested information on the company.  We received nothing.  We were informed that as a promotion, we would be guaranteed a rate lower than our present supplier for at least 1 year.  We received our most recent electric bill and our rate went from $.0967 to $.289 in one month.  We have never received anything from the company; contract, pricing information, etc.  Phoned the company to discuss and was told the pricing is a variable rate pricing and can be adjusted without notice.  We were never informed about this when we were tele-marketed and the rate now is triple the rate of our former supplier.  Typical of a company that refuses to give any information other than a bogus sales pitch.
