My son ordered an airsoft gun with his own hard earned money. The first time he went to use the gun a piece broke off. I told him put it back in the box and I'll send it back for a refund.

I tried emailing them, no response, I tried the "Live Chat" no help, I emailed again and again then finally called.

The woman at Hobbytron said basically too bad refused to discuss a refund and then hung up on me.

I have called the better Business Bureau and let the city Attorney in San Fernando know what this business is doing. I'm holding out hope for my son's money back and at the same time working on shutting them down permanently. They obviously think running a business involves stealing money from their customers.
