I placed an order with this firm for plumbing supplies. They charged my credit card immediately. The materials didn't ship on the "anticipated ship date". My follow-up email was ignored. Telephone calls resulted in unfulfilled promises. Another email was sent and still no response and I have not recieved my order.

These people have all the staff they need to charge my credit card within 24 hours. Fulfilling my order has been another matter. They are totally unresponsive and unethical; ripoff artists of the first order.

I purchased an Elkay kitchen sink from homecenter a few months ago and I was pleased with the delivery, price and personal consideration the salesman afforded. I will use them again.
