hotels.com I wanted to redeem my hotel rewards, booked a hotel, and wanted to pay in full. Then the next night I wanted to rfedeem my rewards of a free night. They said I would have to wait 3 days to do so. This wasn't a free night either it would be a discount on the average nights spent at my hotels! I offerd to pay in full, so that 3 nights later I could book my free (discount) room. ca
