 I waited 2 months for my product, which never arrived. I also never received aNY emails with a tracking # or any updates regarding the whereabouts of my order. During this time I began to feel suspicious. I started to email the company, but never received any replis via email or telephone. I messaged them privately via instagram, and again I never received a reply. I felt very frustrated and began to comment on some of their instagram photos, where I had seen some other customers complain about the same issue and asking for refunds as well. My comments along with those of other customers were being removed constantly. They then blocked me off their page. To this day I have not received my product. I just filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I would highly recommend not ordering anything from this company as they are scammers. 

I placed an order foe the bang belt on November 28, 2015 on the Hourglass Gang website www.hourglassbang.com. I was very excited for my product to arrive. I found the company on instagram by the username of @bangingloser . They appeared to be a good company and seemed passionate about helping people. But what I learned was that it was all an act until they got your money. I waited a month before I became suspicious. Since the date I placed the order I had not received any emails with a tracking # or any updates regarding delays or updates on my order. I began to email the company but as the days passed I never received a response. I attempted to message them privately on instagram and again I never heard back. I began looking through comments on their instagram photos where I saw many other customers complaining about the same issue I was having. I also saw many of them complaining hat their comments were being deleted. I tried to comment on their photos as well hoping to get their attention to contact me regarding my extremely late order. They also deleted my comments and complaints. I realized at that point they didn't care to help me or reimburse me. They wanted to simply hide the unhappy customer comments. I highly recommend not to order anything from this company. They are scammers.
