Do not do business with HourGlass Gang, Taylor Alexander or Nicky Rae Fitness. They are internet scammers.

I ordered a waist training corset from Taylor's Hourglass website for $108.27 (including shipping). Before I ordered Taylor was very helpful. She returned all my emails. Once I ordered on March 8 she was still in contact with me. I would email her asking the status and she would let me know that once the corset was shipped I would be sent a tracking number via email.

I ignored hundreds of girls commenting on Taylors Instagram account asking for refunds and complaining that they had not received anything for 1, 2, 3 months. Waiting and waiting for a product that was paid for the minute they ordered, just like me. I kept quiet and waited patiently for my item to arrive.

Nearly 2 months went by and I had not received a tracking number. But finally a package from HourGlass gang. I opened it to find the wrong item in the package. It was one of their cheaper corsets, $30 cheaper then the one I ordered.

I emailed Taylor right away explaining to her not only the order error but that the corset was super tiny. It could barely fit a tween, although labeled a medium. It fits snugly on my 11 year old skinny daughter. Taylor replied saying this was the first time something like this had happened. and apologized. She told me she would speak to her manager and let me know what to do. That was the last I have ever heard from her.

I continued to email her asking for an update but never got a reply. I tried to get in touch with their customer service line but that does not work or their "contact us" email on the website, no response. I tried commenting on their bangnation account on Instagram they said they would talk to Taylor and get back to me. I never heard from them again either.

I finally started trying to warn girls on instagram about their scams by commenting about my experience and Nicky Rae blocked me from her instagram account and the bangnation account.

I hope someone can close down this business. Girls come to HourGlass Gang and Nicky Rae Fitness to feel better about them selves and Hourglass gang and Nicky Rae Fitness just lie, steal and cheat to get your money. Do not order any of their products. Justice needs to be served and this company needs to be taught that they cannot continue to scam all of their customers to make a quick buck.
