ALSO RIPS CUSTOMERS OFF BY CHARGING LUDICRIS FEES FOR PROCESSING PAYMENTS- LIKE THEY DON'T GET ENOUGH OF MY $ ANYWAY! THEY TOOK A SIMPLE PROBLEM AND MADE IT INTO A BIGGER ONE AND WASTED MY TIME! KUDOS TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT!
