I called for a new lens I wanted to buy for this weekend's fashion show.  The rep asked me why get the lens when you have a digital camera? So he directed to the same lens for digital camera.  It was too much and told him I can't do it.  Then he started pressuring me about another lens and was stating words like this is a no brainer, get this lens.  He made me feel like he was right about the lens even though it wasn't the one I wanted and worked with in the past.

I gave him my credit card number and said there were errors purchasing it.  Then said it went through but not full amount.  He told me call my bank to get a credit 24 hour raise and he will do it in 20 minutes. I hanged up with him and had a bad feeling and checked my account.  I found three charges $999.99, $1499.00, and $1699.00 It left negative $695.29 in the account.

I called him to cancel it because I don't appreciate being charged and now I'm broke.  It is my Veteran's Disability and Veteran's School money and now I don't have money.  He was irritated and said there will be a 15% charge. In the first call, this wasn't stated.  It was only in minutes in between calls, so the product wasn't even shipped out.

I called my bank and they asked me to get an authorization charge, I thought they meant reversal charge and he was also irate about telling me that the other two charges are not going to go through.  I called my bank once more and they said to have him call the bank to speak to him.  I sent him an email stating this and I received an email back saying he is resolving with them.

I then received a three way call from the merchant and my bank and they were telling me for the two charges, would be up to 96 hours before it is sent back to the account.  And they said that if provides the authorization number, they can get money into my account back today. The bank also told me once we are done with the three way call, to call my bank again and it will be in the notes.  I did this and they said the merchant provided a wrong number.

I emailed back to let him know that he provided the wrong number and haven't heard from him since.  My bank stated that the two charges should go back into the account tonight, so I am just waiting on the charge in the amount of $999.99.
