I heard this comercial on my way home from work. it sounded good, But please dont be fooled like I was!. I orded the free trial for thirty days, and when it arrived I was eager to try it, that evening I tried the cleanser and I was jumping around in the shower tring to get it off my face, it burned my eyes so bad it was like getting bar soap in your eyes, I didnt stop there, I then tried the cream and when I sat down for a relaxing evening I again started burning in my eyes I again had to go wash this product off my skin and no I did not put it on my eyes only near them. I have always taken good care of my skin and I use only the best of the best so when I saw the price of this product I was sure it would be a good one besides you get what you pay for right? wrong!!!!!! after two more attempts with this product I finally stoped and decided it wasnt worth the pain... I called the customer service number only to be told I couldnt cancel from them she said I had to go on line to do this,,, well my computer was in the shop and after I got it back they sent another box with the same product,,, no one asked why I needed to cancel. so I noticed another number on my invoice and attempted to call and cancel. again... the girl on the other end was rude spoke over me was unhelpful , and didnt give a d**n about me. I finaly asked her if she was this pleasent to the customers ordering this product as she was to me tring to cancel? she didnt here me though because she was to busy talking my ear off on how it was my fault I didnt cancel right! she was so mean,,, and again they didnt ask me why I had to cancel. this company is a joke!! they send this card with your order all about customer satisfaction guarantee it is a hoax only to real you in, I am still trying to get my money back, and the product was returned at my cost. ladies dont be fooled by this stuff it is a scam, and they dont care about you or your concernes please dont waste your money!! oh and no I never saw a diference, mabey because i couldnt keep it on long enough!!!!! anyway I use good products on my skin and I do not have sensitive skin this is the only time I have had this happen!!! please trust my words this company is a joke do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!
