Hydroxatone I did not receive the last shipment they said they sent after I had canceled membership Internet

I received the Hydroxatone product for about two years hoping to reach what Hydroxatone promised.  In June of 2009, I called and canceled the next schedule delivery and I was told that the shipment was shipped that day.  I said fine but I want to return the shippment when I receive it, Hydroxatone said fine but do so by 8/30/09, I said I will be sure to do that.   Two months went by and I figured that Hydroxatone canceled that last shippment back on June 29, 2009 because I never recieved the product (shippment).  I called and told them the facts and they continue to hassle me with PAST DUE NOTICES.  My credit is of the highest score possable and I do not wish for them to hassle me any longer and Hydroxatone can be assured I will not order this product or any related products from them in the future.
