I-Wireless You Get What You Pay For Cedar Rapids Iowa

I-Wireless offers lower rates to obtain business without providing quality service. I have dropped calls DAILY! I am on a nationwide plan but unable to make calls when traveling to other states. My reception is so poor that it is useless trying to carry on a conversation or do any business over the phone. They do not guarentee reception inside your home. My voice mail arrives anywhere from 2-10 days after it is placed. I have contacted them many times without any help in solving this problem.The customer service is friendly but useless like their wireless service. We switched to save $20 a month X two phones. Now it is costing us 75.00 a month for nothing. We are getting a contract with another phone service immediatly. We have gone without quality phone service for nine months. You get what you pay for - but this service is worthless.
