I was scammed by ibuyphones.com also, sent them 5 phones, sent them many threatening emails and no response, been 3 months already. What I should suggest everyone that has been scammed by this company is if you have the serial numbers or had a contract with a service provider to obtain those serial number and report them to the local police dept, FTC Internet Fraud Dept and the FBI Internet Fraud Dept. The phone will be reported as STOLEN and if someone tries to pawn or use the ESN, the phone will be permanently locked and traced. Also, I was wondering if any of you would be interested in doing a Class Action Lawsuit against this company to try to recover any losses. Its worth a try!
