I mailed ibuyphones.com 2 cell phones, a Palm Centro and a Sanyo Incognito, which they received on 07/07/2010. I have sent four emails to them, asking how long it would take to process. To this day no repsponse. After reading the numerous complaints about people getting ripped-off for their merchandise, I filed several complaints. I filed with the BBB, FTC, Postal Inspectors and Secret Service for mail fraud.
