Where to start. Well I ordered my computer 4 days ago on sunday. They email me a general email saying my address did not match my credit card. I varified the information I had with my credit card and my order it matched. with it being a general email I figured it got fixed but I also noticed they charged me $1000.00 of my $1600+ total. So I figured a long the lines of it was a deposit and I will get charged the rest when they shioped. I wait a few days and nothing. I check the online order tracker and it says the order has not been found. It's been 3 busisness days.

All over their Website it says most computers ship within 5 busisness days. I call and the my personal customer service rep says my address is wrong. I explained I double checked the address and it wasn't wrong and asked him if it was wrong why did you already take $1000.00 out. He responded with well maybe you don't have enough money for the computer. He insults me with "you shouldn't buy a computer if yiu dint have the money. I ignored it and stated there was enough money because I just paid off the balance and I have a 10K limit. Not that is his busisness anyway.

I told him I will call him back and called the credit card company. They stopped it the charge as part of an early fraud detection. I cleared the matter and called back ibuypower.com.  he continued with his redeness about not having the money. If he would have checked why the card declined the balance we could have cleared the m after the next day.No he assumed the common wrong address sending me fixing nothing. Then I asked how long before I get my computer he said the will start on it Friday the order Friday and I should have it in 2 to three weeks.

Then went the 3rd strike he said "if you had the money we could have started it already". I got angry and said some choice words and hung up on him. I waited a few minutes and called back. I got the same guy and requested someone els. He "transfered" me but hung up on m. I called back same voice different name. I said i wanted to cancel my order and he replied with why I said I'm already fed up with company and I didn't even get the computer yet. He said ok ordered cancelled and hung up. Just like that. If that's how one gets treated before you complete the order how does one get treated later.

I then read the other reviews. What a BAD COMPANY I HAVE a feeling they are not going to refund me the full amount because the series of emails I got. 1 order cancelled. 2 order not complete. 3 Then order available.  IN That order. Danger danger Will Robinson. Buyer beware, seriously!
