  I ordered flowers from ProFlowers onliine once in 2009 and once in 2013.  both times I paid for shipping.  Online services difficult to understand.  I do not recall signing up for free shipping!   I have been charged a "service fee" of $12.97 for the past  5 years for free shipping when I have only ordered flowers twice in the past 5 years.  ProFlower website is made confusing enough to trick me into signing up for free shipping when that was never my intention.   I did call IC *InsidersClub today and they will remove my credit card info from thier files, OK, but that does not remedy the charges for the past 5 years!

Unauthorized Charges

Pro Flowers followed up on my complaint regarding unauthorized charges for shipping. ProFlowers contacted the companies responsible for the unauth'd charges and are having the charges refunded.  Thank You ProFlowers for acting like the a "Pro".
