ICS, IMPERIAL CONSUMER SERVICES fraud dishonest abused rip-off North Palm Beach Florida

Wow I feel so horrible and stupid! I can't beleive I ignored all the practical common sense stuff and fell for this. before I go into this more let me state outloud for myself as well as others, NEVER Pay for a credit card unless its american express, and NEVER give ANYONE your checking accoung number or credit card or debit card over the phone unless its a MAJOR company where you can have recourse.

With that said, the same scenario played out for me in early november when I got a call from a katie "1246" with "great news" that I can get a CREDIT CARD from her company, there is a cost of 250-258 I can't remember and my limit would be 2500 dollars. I Thought wow how great. I don't have good or bad credit, I have no credit (always paid in cash trying to avoid the bad credit nightmare i keep hearing about and so I never understood that it also counts against me). I agreed and gave them my checking acocunt info over the phone, I figured this would be just in time for the holidays etc... and help out in emergencies like car repairs etc... Some guy came on to record my yes answer and rambled very quickly and unintelligbly, and I said yes assuming that he was CONFIRMING not CONTRADICTING what the sales person told me. I waited and waited now mind you my bank paid them on NOV 8th, and today is FEB 07, nearly 3 months to the date!

I haven't seen any package and now after reading all these horror stories I am seeing that I won't get a credit card at all but a credit repair book?!?!?! WTF?!?!?!? I NEVER Signed up for that at all. When I call them they advise me it is NON-REFUNDABLE and that there is nothing I can do because it is a verbal contract and its binding. Well I got news. Its not binding in my case especially because They haven't even delivered services. The bad thing is, that they are in FL and I would have to sue in FL. I could sue in CA and win but I am told it would be too costly to recover the judgement.

My Lawyer can send them a nasti-gram but it won't do much good I bet, The state attorney sounds like they are going to File suit and are collecting victims, if you are and I know there are alot out there please get in contact with the FL state attorney office, to add to the list of complaintents, it won't take you very much time. a couple scenarios can play out, either 1 nothing will happen, 2they will sue nad get shut down, and three you might even get your cash back if not extra!!
