ICS, Imperial Consumer Services ripoff business from hell North Palm Beach Florida

I had received a call on Dec.2,2002 promising me a credit card with a 2500.00 limit. I am a single mother of three boys and trying to rebuild my credit I thought this would be a good way of accomplishing that.

After I thought about it I decided it was to good to be true I called and cancelled. I was given some b.s story that I had to have my bank put a stop payment on the withdrawl which cost me 28.00.

However this did no good because they took the money out on the 12th of Dec. instead of the 13th. I have been trying to get a refund I still have not received anything in the mail. I get the run around everytime I call However I called my bank and since I am in the 60 day period I requsted the unauthorized and fraudelent ACH transaction to be reversed immediatly.

the company tries to put you off for 60 days because then you can't get a refund don't let them do this to you. Fight Back If you are within 60 days don't wait act now before it is too late.

I have learned my lesson getting a credit card is not worth it. good luck to all of you I hope you get your refunds and please report this co.to the North Palm Beach Police Dept. Let's stop them before they scam anyone else.
