Idonlock.com Idonlock debited my checking account $29.95 through a bogus pop up add Seminole Florida

On 12-11-2008, I was searching for a payday loan and an idonlock pop up ad appeared and said to check this in order to finish the application for the payday loan. I tried to opt out of it and it would not let me, so I closed the screen. They charged my checking account $29.95 the next day 12-12-2008. I called them to let them know that I did not order their services and to cancell and please refund my money. They are refusing to refund my money and are giving me the run around. I searched their website for any other info to call to make a complaint. This is where I called to make a complaint;
