I brought them a one week old iPad toe replace the screen I broke. When I got it back the mid frame was all chewed up, it looked terrible and the corner was dented. When I asked the employee he clearly stated "it happens". The manager was not in so I left with the intention of calling.

After calling for weeks I spoke to the managern Tony. He apologized and asked me to bring it back in and he would take care of it. I brought it back in when he was supposed to be there and he wasn't. The tech who messed it up and another tech was in. They looked at it and admitted there fault but didn't have the part. I asked if I could take it to another store that is closer to me and they said "you don't want to do that, we are the best techs in the company and the store closer to you will mess it up". Granted this is coming from the guy who messed it up in the first place. I live 45 minutes away from this store and only came here because I was in the area and needed my iPad fixed.

Called Tony again and he said he would order the part and have it fixed. A few days later they called and said they had the part and I explained I live far away and work during there business hours. So I told him it would be a while until I could get there. I finally got the time and came back up. The techs were not in so I would either have to come here or Brandon (much further away) tomorrow. I cleared my schedule to come up and the tech tells me they dont have the part! And that I will have to come back next week.

Unfortunately I am getting thebconstant run around and they are wasting all my time and money (gas is expensive). I would never bring another device here. I have gone to the iHospital with great results. They are not far away, on Kennedy.

While I was typing this Tony actually called me and asked me what I wanted. I said fix my iPad and he started laughing. Great customer service!!!!
