Hello guys,

Ive joined ifriends in may which was a mistake and used some videochat I paid for which is  ok.
I use a prepaid credit card which has been loaded again yesterday and saw that they took 120.28 Dollars for services i didnt agreed!!!
I wrote to the support but the answer didnt solved that problem they only said Ive used some premium service I didnt agreed! And the Mail didnt explained what I used.
Furthermore I want to delete my account but the mail contact form doesnt work anymore! LOL
I also told that case to my bank and I will tell that "better business bureau". Someone on rip pff report suggested to do that.
I want my money back!  Thats fraud to take money for services i didnt used and agreed!
Im very disappointed and theyre still on the internet, thats a scandal. Im very angry about that.

Great fraud scheme!

 This company, Ifriends and the owners, Webpower Inc. are unbelieveable in their lies. They over charge the guy's card in June but only refund his money after he complains about being stolen from by them. They claim to have refunded him all his money($120) at the end of August but they had it for over two months closer to three. If they have about 300,000 members signed up to their site and are overbilling them for two months at about $120 each time then that's 36,000,000 to invest for about two months. WOW, what a great scam! They must be printing money from their members but you have to wonder with all the organized crime involvement in the Porn industry and South Florida area wouldn't this be the prefect money laundering scheme. The owner and his buddies are all upstanding Florida businessmen and who would even think to suspect them of this kind of racket. The FBI would have lots of people ( Affiliates, chat-hosts, employees) to question about their strange business practices, of way after the fact charged refunds, over billing on time by padding the paid sessions and apparently taking money from the affiliates, chathosts without any reasons or discussions. All these reports, no one does a thing to stop this company or has the FBI look into their businesses because it looks to me that there are people with some information to bring these crooks to jail for a long time.

BlueMoonBLN contacted our customer care department and requested a refund of charges he had incurred while using our services.  A full refund was processed and the account was cancelled, as requested.  If he has any further questions, we encourage him to contact us again.
