The 60 day refund is misleading. It states on the website from the time you purchase which they consider the time you place the order. I always thought I purchased something when I got it but even at that I was only 2 days over their deadline from the time I ordered. They still wouldn't "bend" their rules any to try and keep a customer so they will be the losers in the long run as I will never order from them again.
