ILD Teleservices, Inc. Have a charge of $5.46 on my phone bill for Universal service fund and OTC Long Distance Monthly Service fee. I did not subscribe to anything thru this company consumer rip-off fraud Huntsville Alabama

On my November phone bill there was a $5.46 charge from ILD Teleservices for Universal Service Fund and OTC Long Distance Monthly Service Fee. I did not subscribe to any long distance service or anything with this company. I have been trying to get in touch with someone at 2 numbers I was given. 866-207-3220 and 800-433-4518 with no luck. They speak spanish or something so I can hardly understand what they are saying..they give you
options to chose from your phone keypad, but just get recordings and nothing works. So, I have not been able to connect with anyone to figure out how this got on my bill. Am sure it will show up on Decembers bill also until I can get this removed. How would they even get our name, etc. to get this put on our bill? this is very upsetting especially when you keep trying to contact them and just get pre-recorded messages or passed around. Definately a scam..who is getting this money???????
