Imagine Mastercard Keeps adding fees Atlanta Georgia

I got this mastercard awhile ago and june 2007 I lost the card so I called and a lady came on and told me they would replace my account number and send me a new card well I never got the new card and they keep sending me a bill and fees just keep adding up I had a balance of 390 and then all of a sudden I owe 924 dollars I send them emails and then one day this lady calls from imagine and tells me well we have a record of you calling in october but not in june and there is nothing they can do about that but I owe fees and they are only will to get rid of amounts equal to what i pay now you have got to be kidding right. I told them I called in june and lost the card and even sent emails but this is the response I have gotten.

My bill as of today jan 2008 with a credit limit of 350 my new balnace is $924.88and thats with a account maintance fee of $9.95 .

I don't know what to do ..
