Immediate Response Locksmith, who advertises 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, treated me extremely rudely and tried to rip me off!!!! 

I have a filiing cabinet and the keys were misplaced.  The phone operator said there was a $14 travel fee and $25 per hour.  The technician would be out that afternoon.  When he arrived, he asked if the papers inside the cabinet were important.  Then...took 2 seconds to unlock the lock....turned to me and said that will be $150!!!!  Then, after I reminded him of the $14 travel fee and $25 per hour quote, he said he would give me a deal and only charge me $75....CASH!  I continued to disagree.  He threatened to lock the lock back and tried to come inside the house. 

The cabinet is in the garage.  He saw my male friend inside and walked back out.  He was rude and argument and finally said he would take $40 CASH but he was going to re-lock the lock!  I held my hand over the lock and handed him the $40 CASH forward, away from the cabinet.  He glared at me....stared at my car....and made rude comments as he left.  I was afraid he was going to key one of the cars.....either the one in the garage or the one in the driveway.  He was creepy, threatening and all together rude! 

When I reported the incident, with their online contact, I heard nothing back.  Then I called.  The man said he would call me back in 2 hours.  Of course, no call back.  Several days later I called again.  He said he didn't know why I was continually calling.  He had talked to his tech and done "what a manager should do, it was handled."  So....what about the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee??  He said he would offer not refund.  He fel as if I had underpaid!!! 

I will NOT use this company and will tell everyone I know not to use them. Far from thinking they feel customer satisfaction is important at all!!  STAY AWAY from Immediate Response Locksmith!
