Where do I begin. Should I mention the lies. Such as expedited shipping that took over 3 weeks for what was told a three day move? Or maybe the fact no one told me they sublet cross country moves to out side sources.  Or how they arrived almost a whole day late. And forced us to miss our appointment and pay for a hotel? Or how there was medicine for a sick person on the truck and could care less?

Or can I tell you when stuff arrived they would not take the same form of payment they took before? And I have pictures of some of the broken stuff they shipped us. This company promised us the world. And gave us a great sales pitch and nothing but headaches. 

If anyone is wondering If I would reccommend them to anyone. Wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. And my husband believes they stold his limited edition gears of war Xbox 360 as well.   Which brought tears to my son. And lucky my mother is still alive with her heart medication that was on the truck.

In principle they say one thing and do whatever they please and could care less if my mother died. 

Something really needs to be done on cross country moving with these scam companies. Cause the laws protect them to do as they please. And change prices as they please. And say they sent this or that and get nothing. 

Disgusted the intercoastal transit authority would allow companies to rip people off with n remourse. Imperial moving and storage are a bunch of crooks and low lives.
