This is a scam operation. You get sucked in to provide services for barter dollars but they take their fees in cash and you have a very difficult time recovering anything for your barter currency. If you can find someone they generally charge a portion in cash and will take a portion in IMS barter but the cash portion is more than you would pay anyone else for the goods or service. Try to get some of their "scrip" to spend. Expires quickly and your are out of luck. TOTAL RIP-OFF OF SMALL BUSINESSES.

Script Expired in 21 days

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, May 05, 2016

That is BS. The script, when they print it, may have a 3 month expiration, but they use that until it runs out. My expiration was dated 21 days after I ordered it. When I called and asked about it they said to send it back and they would re-issue. I sent it back and never heard from them. Whan calling they denied ever getting it back. They are deceitful and dishones in every aspect of their business.

Expired IMS Script

AUTHOR: DonYo770 - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, May 05, 2016

The Script always has a 3 month expiration date stamped clearly right on the face of it. It's very hard to believe that someone who order's this script doesn't clearly see the expiration of 3 months clearly printed on it and for the part cash that is charged monthly on purchases . How do you expect a company to stay in business to pay its employee's ?

My wife has worked there for over 25 yrs. and only once in a great while will comes across either a misinformed customer or miscommunicated customer that says ridicules statements like this.

I got married on Barter & spend $1,000's of $ of script a year without any expiration problems.

If you buy individual script & the establishment goes out of business, IMS will usually give you refund.

Sincerely yours,

Satisfied long time client of IMS
