Influent More to say about this Big Time Rip Off Organization Tiffin Ohio

This company in Tiffn is such a scam, scumbucket place to work and there is so much that can be exposed about it......I wish I had time to share all....but I will just keep adding when there is time. They give you a meaningless handbook when you get hired and don't bother to even think that it will be a guide to work there..........because they keep a separate set of rules which you are never informed about ..... until they decide to enforce them against you. LOL This place is such a fraud, it is laffable. When you first start there, you are an OJT which means you are a trainee....and the TRAINER will tell you that you will be making big, big money. Our class was told that we will be getting checks of $1600 every two weeks. HA HA My first check was $210 and it never ever got much better than that. They make the BIG MONEY....because they are constantly CHURNING people......bringing in cheap OJT's (who hardly make anything) and replacing hardworking people who keep thinking that there's light at the end of the tunnel. This place has been firing people left and right lately, obviously because the place is collapsing.......a fraudulent operation will always eventually shut itself down by its own misdeeds. Look at all of the recent exposed Ponzi Schemes that have fallen apart because of the drop in the Stock Market and poor economy. The same is happening to Influent....people don't have money any more to buy Influent's worthless rip-off products. They keep saying NO to the TSR's and the stupid supervisors's aren't smart enuff to figure it out. They keep handing out worthless Poor Performance write-ups to the TSR's. And this is real funny....they expect the employees to sign them.....what a joke........ATTENTION....if you are a current employee of this scambucket operation......don't bother to sign anything that a supervisor hands you. Why? Because everything that they put in front of you to sign is nothing more than a worthless piece of paper containing contrived numbers that they just pulled out of their fat @sses. AND by the way.....the computers are as old as the hills and it is impossible for them to run the kind of software and programs that Influent claims to have. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Also, they will just use those worthless pieces of paper against you later.....so why sign something that just isn't true?
