Infocision SWITCH QUIZ TO GET RID OF ME BECAUSE OF MY NATIONALITY Poland Ohio

I was just let go from Infocision Telemarketing Firm because I ask about wearing my head dress whereby the trainer started yelling, "wear your turban" and the employees started laughing and because I had a different tax status, and because of my nationality, they switch the quiz from the other employees and gave me the one that we didn't study in order to get rid of me and they wouldn't print out the tax document to prove my status and found a way to make me fail the test. This company is very racist and they don't hire any melanted or African people or anyone of a different nationality within the corporate structure because of their racism. This company lied about the hours you work. They said that you would work 8-5pm for 8 weeks and when you get in the training, then they spring 8 - 7pm hours on you without warning. I compared my quiz with the other young lady taking the test and my questions were entirely different. I reported them to EEOC and I'm getting a labor attorney.
