Injury Solutions Inc did not fulfill their contractual obligation Massachusetts

Injury Solutions, Inc. contacted our firm with a promise of providing our office with a guaranteed number of monthly personal injury leads. After extensive negotiations, we entered into a contract with Injury Solutions, Inc. and paid them for the first two months of the contract. Thereafter, Injury Solutions, Inc. delivered only a fraction of the leads it had “guaranteed”. We made numerous attempts by phone, email and letter to discuss the matter without ever hearing back from Injury Solutions. After failing to refund our money, failing to provide us with the appropriate number of “guaranteed” leads, and remaining totally unresponsive, we were forced to file a lawsuit against Injury Solutions Inc. Thereafter, Injury Solutions, Inc. agreed to arbitrate the case. The arbitrator found that Injury Solutions, Inc. had breached its contract with us and additionally had violated M.G.L. c. 93(A) (“The Massachusetts Fair Business Practice” Act) and awarded treble damages against them.
