Innova Lying, fraudulent, incompetent, corporate thieves ripoff Davenport Iowa

Despite their warranty good for decades, Innova Inc. refuses to honor their own words. Their pizza maker/oven stopped working after a few months.

We called and were told how to get the item replaced or fixed.

We kept calling Innova and they told us they keep no records of the items that they receive, only when they ship out their products.

This went on for three months.

They kept coming up with other excuses: the system is down, we've moved.

Finally, they said we have no record of the item being returned. (But they don't keep records of returned items they told us.)

No warranty! We're out the money AND the product.
