Telemarketer calls from a local number, e.g. (412) 405-6020 {Pittsburgh}.  Caller says Innovative Wealth Builders can save you 50% on your interest on credit card open accounts.  You are connected to person-Richard Fantarella.  He tries to get one of your credit card numbers so he can call your credit card company.  Told me the costs of his services come from the credit card company and will cost me nothing plus I stand to save thousands $.  Says they have been in business for 20 years and rated with BBB.
