INPHONIC fraud company with fraud charges and scams don't do business with them Internet

they tried to steal extra money from me! i bought a motorolla v3 with free bluetooth ear piece and they didn't sent the earpiece! i bought through tiger direct but tiger direct did send me a bluetooth after i called them and told them what happened i always have good dealings with tigerdirect! but the inphopnic sucks and they are thieves!

 

after i order and authorize a 9.99 charge for the phone with 2yr commitment my invoice shows i paid 9.99 and i did authorize 9.99.

yet a few days later they charged me a second charge of 18.99.

 

to be clear a charge for 9.99 and a charge for 18.99 appeared in my bank account. when i called the they said the 18.99 was a standard fee i told them it was not on my invoice or in any of the disclaimers wording etc on the sales paperwork and the charge was fraud! they refused to credit it back.....i went to my local bank branch and filed a unauthorized fraud charge report brought all the invoices in showed them i agreed to 9.99 but not the phantom second charge! my bank did an investigation and refunded found the company at fault and a week later i not only got my 18.99 back but they reversed the 9.99 charges as well and i still have my phone!

i will never order from inphonic again even though i ended up getting the fraudulent unathorized charge back plus the 9.99 too i think that's this companys practices are illegal and should be prosecuted criminannly! thank good i didn't have a rebate with them too!

dont ever buy anything from inphonic and don't ever ever use a debit card to pay them once they have your debit info in the system they will add on mysterious hidden undisclosed charges that you didn't authorize or agree to
