Insight Global NOT A SCAM BUT EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, UNRESPONSIVE & RUDE Atlanta Georgia
I do not believe this is a SCAM, they are just unprofessional!!! My experience with Insight Global has been horrible from almost day one. I was recruited and started an assignment for 3 months near the end I contacted my recruiter to discuss future assignments with absolutely no response from him at all and then finally one day at 5:15pm I received a telephone call that my last day was THAT DAY! I have eight years of experience as a staffing consultant/recruiter, and I have also worked with other staffing firms and this one is by far the most unprofessional and unresponsive group of people I have ever encountered. Since the recruiter didn't work with me to find other work or even to inform me that he didn't have anything that I qualified for, I was left without a job and when I called the next day to dicuss it with him, I was told he no longer worked there, his office is located in NJ, I'm in NC (found out today he DOES still work there). Without a job I filed for unemployment benefits and was informed that Insight Global had responded to the Unemployment office stating that I was still employed with them, which caused me not to get unemployment benefits.
When I called to straighten the matter out I was treated with such disdain I was totally confused as to why. I was a great employee, I was often rewarded during the work assignment for accuracy and productivity; my attendance and attitude was excellent, I showed up everyday and worked very hard (I loved the assignment). So when I was treated so poorly by the corporate office in Atlanta I was shocked. It started with Tiffany from HR who before even asking how she could help me she wanted to know "how did you get this number" as if I had dialed her personal cell phone, then she gave me instructions to gather information on my own and call back and give it to "anyone who answers" and the problem would be fixed. When I called back I spoke with Whitney, Lauryn, Colin and someone else who were all not helpful and very incompetent no one was even willing to help me with my concern. When all I needed was for the proper information to be forwarded to NC Unemployment. Finally Tiffany called back with the worst attitude and asked me "why did I call back to her office". Almost in tears I explained that she had instructed me to do so, that is when she said in the rudest tone ever that she had called and given the right information to the unemployment office and it was "out of her hands".
That is great if she did indeed provide the proper information. However, anyone with an ounce of professionalism will see the problem with this entire experience. This office made a mistake by not reporting the proper information to unemployment but she seems irritated with me for calling to follow up so that I can receive some sort of monetary benefit since I am out of work temporarily. No one at the office has been apologeltic I am still not confident that the right information was reported because she was so short, cold and rude that I could not ask specific quesitons regarding my claim.
I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN AND I AM SHARING MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE WHO ASKS. BEWARE!! THIS IS NOT WHO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR.
