instahang overcharged for items ordered and charged 2 different fees for the same items Iwlliingford, Connecticut

order#*****-****-****-152-ordered Instahang by telephone after seeing advertisement-original order was by one @ 19.95 and second one free except for processing and handling. Order shipped and bill on 01/05/2012 and received 01/19/2012.  Invoice in package showed 2 of exact same item and 2 different prices-one at 24.99 and the other for 19.99 but with  grand total of 76.78.

attempted to contact by telephone-person hung up on me. tried twice to send e-mails-they have bad addresses-nondeliverable. I pulled up current add for 14.99 per set and with handling and processing it was disclosed @ 30.86 which if I had had to pay for 2 kits only adds up to 61.72-no fees where disclosed on the phone at all and not everyone has a computer to supposedly get an accounting of the order.

This sounds like a bait and switch. I am returning the items COD-I refuse to pay another penny for this item-I expect a full refund including shipping and processing. I will let you know of the outcome
