Instrument Alley BCP Sales Longer than month backorder, wasn't able to cancel, along with attitude Logan, Utah

I ordered a violin from Instrument Alley back in early January. The site said it was in stock. Of course I received an e-mail the next day saying it was back ordered and would come in 1-3 weeks.

Fast forward 1 month, I received another e-mail saying it was still back ordered and would take another 1-4 weeks.

I finally got fed up and tried to cancel my order, of course which I couldn't. I e-mailed requesting it to be canceled, but was told because I waited so long, I couldn't. Even then, I ordered something small that night and was unable to cancel that, minutes after ordering it.

A few more e-mail exchanges within a few hours, I was told they had finally received the shipment, just now. Totally believable, right?

Still requested it be canceled and was called "crazy" because I threatened to complain for their bad business.

Beware of this site. Better yet, stay away from the site as I'm sure all items say in stock, but are just back ordered and would rather take their time messing around.
