If you are considering working as a client with or as a 1099 contractor for Integra, I encourage you read my response to the owners of Intergra when they said "hope all is well with you" after leaving me with no income because of their actions and inactions and because of them having NO INTEGRITY at all (I had to withhold some names to protect others not involved in the is report):


I see you and Bill are logged on everyday along with a few other people. Are there any new accounts or any accounts that are being worked on?  It was very unfair what RewardStream did. I believe (name withheld) was out of her element and was wanting to use my knowledge and notes for her own learning.  She would tell us how to write an email and it was very unprofessional and looked like she was sending a text message to a friend.  There was no reason for her to listen to our calls for training.  If she wanted us to follow their procedure, then we should have been listening to her doing calls.  I think she was under qualified for the job and was winging it.  You should have defended me and my abilities and asked more questions.  You come off as being desperate for clients and work by the way you handled that.  I am a professional with many years of experience and almost old enough to be (name withheld) and (name withheld) mother.  You left the client with a college student with no experience.  You said that (name withheld) felt (name withheld) was better qualified on the calls and then asked if I had done any calls with (name withheld).  I told you had not yet.  So how could (name withheld) make that decision when she hadn't even heard me yet?  And why didn't you ask (name withheld) and (name withheld) that?  You should have defended me.
When you asked me to be on RewardStream, you told me it would just be me on the account and that there were only 10 hours available for me and to keep my focus on CalTech. I told you that the CalTech account was unstable and I would like to at least split the two accounts with 20 hours towards each. You told me to just keep my 30 hours with CalTech because Bill needs me and there were only 10 hours available with RewardStream anyway to begin with.   As soon as RewardStream signed and returned the papers, you told me that (name withheld) would be jumping on. That was very unfair because if they were extra hours to give to (name withheld), then you could have offered them to me first.  Especially since I requested them and you knew the CalTech campaign was struggling and probably ending soon.  So I lost my hours with CalTech on October 31st.  Then within a month later, I lost my hours with RewardStream to someone with no experience and who I never knew was going to be on the account when I agreed to be on it in the first place.  It was unfair and unprofessional and completely insulting.
I have nothing positive or good to say about the way any of the Integra accounts have been handled.  So, no..  all is not well.   The CalTech campaign was completely mishandled by Bill and unprofessional and shady and unfair, as was the RewardStream campaign by you.  You both come of as desperate and pathetic to the clients and they are either taking advantage of Integra, or you and Bill have lied to me and you have taken advantage of me and underestimated my intelligence and abilities.  I can also assure I am not the only person who feels this way.
No..things are not going well.  Integra does not have integrity and, unfortunately, I put my trust in Integra and now am struggling at Christmas time as a single mother.  If you and Bill really had integrity as you try to say you do to get contractors and accounts, then Bill would not have let other people poach my accounts. Bill would not give us 3 days notice or let a client give us 3 days notice that a contract was ending. Bill would not change our commission payments to delay paying them for over 3 months and then base it on some 1099 law that does not exist and blame it on the client saying the client isn't paying Integra. You would not take me off an account without any notice and would not let a client give you no notice to take me off an account.  You would have defended me and my abilities and not let them remove me for a less experienced contractor and, especially, not let them ask me for notes on the account to help them two weeks later! Bill would not call us telemarketers on a conference call.  You would have defended me to RewardStream and not let them remove me when I was the one who was requested for the account.  You would have offered me more hours on RewardStream when I requested them instead of bringing on a college student with no experience who ends up taking over the account because she is okay with being treated like an employed "appointment setter" ..and you would have never asked me two weeks later to provide notes to help a person who removed me from an account and to another contractor taking over my hours leaving me with nothing.  If you and Bill really had integrity and professionalism, you would have recognized the value in me and you REALLY would "HOPE ALL IS WELL" with me and assure that it was.
Integra should not be in business and you should embarrassed to be part of it and ashamed to say Integra is based on "integrity".   I have nothing good to say about Integra to anyone who asks and nothing good to say about you and Bill and your so called "integrity".
I have screen shots, emails and other proof of everything I have just said about Integra and more.  I have been left with nothing through Integra and can't even use Integra as a reference because I am embarrassed to be associated with it.  The only thing I have left from Integra is a feeling of being lied to, discriminated against, undervalued, misrepresented to other professionals, cheated, and embarrassed. 
Since Bill throws around the "jeopardizing the 1099 status" to benefit himself and Integra, I strongly suggest you both look up the laws on 1099 contractors and you will see that Integra jeopardized this status many times and should be more concerned about the actual laws for 1099 contractors..then concerned about "paying commissions in advance because they can be perceived as a bonus" (Bill's words) "law".. that does not exist and Bill could never present and prove it to me each time I asked.

I am in the process of consulting with my attorney about taking legal action against Integra for mishandling and misrepresentation and the other factors that I have mentioned above in hopes of retrieving some type of financial retribution for wages and commissions I should have and could have earned if Integra really did operate with "integrity".  If you really had integrity, you would accept when you have failed an account and made sure your contractors were financially secure and not give 3 days to no notice that their income was ending.  You would at least find a way to give at least the standard two weeks notice to be fair to contractors when the account ending and was no fault of theirs but because of Integra's mishandling of the account. 
So..no.."all is not well".
