Integrated Leasing ripoff I was advised that after 6 months or there abouts that I could transfer the whole system if I no longer needed it or wasn't working like anticipated. At which point they wouldn't return my calls. Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey

I entered into a credit card merchant account with these folks near the end of January 2003 and asked to get out in October 2003 as I hadn't used the system (didn't need it).

During the time that I tried to contact them I experienced one person that hung up the phone on me. I called and talked to a lot of different people ( got the run around). I got part of the system stopped ($10.00 per months worth) but can't seem to get a lease stopped at the tune of $44.90/month. The guy that signed me up will not answer the phone and will not return my calls.
It appears as tho they are in the business of leasing equipment with out service.

I didn't try to use the equipment, so I do not know if it would work or not.

I willingly signed and "understood" the agreement and the thing made me think that it was ok was a lady with whom I talked with (probably a verification call) told me that if I was dissatisfied after something like 6 months that we could transfer the lease, which isn't possible if you cannot make phone contact.

I put a stop payment on monthly withdrawalls and it didn't stop, as a matter of fact got some kind of penalties added. It sounds as though I can get more aggressive on stopping the monthly payments (like closing the bank account). Anybody got any idea of what would happen? They want about 30 times $44.90 from me.
